CRESTYL Real Estate has built the ‘DOCK’ office complex just 10 minutes from Prague city centre. With 73,320 qm of office space and 7,700 qm of services and shops, the complex extends over 5 buildings as well as the associated water, park and sports facilities with a further 3,000 qm.

For a comfortable and sustainable working environment, the integrator DevelopTech + iControl planned the installation of a KNX system in the DOCK buildings 03, 04 and 05 in collaboration with the MDT distributor YATUN. The lighting, heating, cooling and shading in the buildings can now be monitored, controlled and switched via sensor components from MDT. The switch cabinet contains MDT actuators, such as universal and heating actuators, Line Couplers, DALI Gateways, IP Routers and IP Interfaces.
