The comprehensive KNX visualisation system leaves nothing to be desired: it enables the visualisation and control of lighting, shading, room temperature, status, scenes, multimedia, weather data and much more. There are virtually no limits when it comes to building control either. Up to 500 elements and functions can be created and visualised on the new VisuControl Plus Touch Panel, including preset scenes for lighting, shading and heating. The integrated timer offers extensive options with 125 channels, each with 10 switching times. For example, shading can be controlled according to the time of day, or special settings can be configured for weekends or holiday periods. Automatic centralised commands for each room significantly simplify the setup of the KNX control system. The most frequently used functions can be created as shortcuts on a favourites page and are thus always quickly ‘at your fingertips’.

Notifications for alarms or warnings can be sent as text or sound. To ensure the right sound in the building, the touch display allows the integration of multimedia controls, for example to play playlists from streaming services. 

The VisuControl Plus offers several integration options: a digital I/O can be used to connect a doorbell button or other signalling devices. A loudspeaker and microphone are provided for a SIP door intercom function (provided a VoIP server is available). This allows the user to communicate with visitors directly from the panel. By integrating IP cameras, the outdoor area can be monitored. 

The panel can be installed horizontally or vertically, fits into a single standard flush-mounted box (68 mm) and can therefore be easily mounted in the appropriate location. It can be conveniently operated via touch – allowing not only commands to be issued, but also scenes to be modified, new ones created or deleted. This means that both system integrators and users can make adjustments to the system. To protect against unauthorised changes, the VisuControl Plus offers user management with PIN codes for up to 10 individual users. This allows for granular rights allocation. In addition to settings on the touch panel itself, remote access is possible via the free VisuControl app.
